I love that your daughter's name is Alice. If I have another little girl (and I hope I do as my little Eleanor needs a sister to balance out the two brothers she's living with at present!) she will be named Alice after my late grandmother, and also just because I love old-fashioned names! Anyway. I wish I lived where crocus still pop up in early spring - but we do have a good deal of lovely wildflowers everywhere around here :O)
